These terms & conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between the website ("Website operator", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). Dear Customer, you are entitled to return the goods under the following conditions:

1. If the item is damaged or has a visible manufacturing defect that affects the quality of the product and is discovered on the day of receipt by the customer or their representative, the damaged piece will be replaced with a new one of the same type. If the same product is not available, the customer may exchange it for another product and pay the price difference, if any. If the customer does not wish to exchange the product, they may request a return of the damaged item.
2. For accessories and single-piece furniture that does not require assembly or installation, and that is not classified under the assembled items listed in this policy,      the customer has the right to return the item after receipt, provided it is returned personally or at the customer’s expense within a maximum of 3 days from the      date of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, without any breaks or scratches.
3. For goods that have not been received, the customer may request a return within 3 days from the purchase date, provided that the item is not the last piece, the      customer did not receive any type of discount, and the product was not specially ordered for them.
4. If the customer meets any of the return conditions above, the refund for the returned item will be processed via bank transfer to the customer’s account within a      maximum of 7 official working days from the date of approval of the return request.

Dear Customer, you are entitled to exchange goods under the following conditions:

1. If a ready-made product was purchased, the customer may exchange the item for another within 7 days from the date of purchase at the latest. If the product has already been received, the customer must return it personally or at their own expense within the same 7-day period, provided that the item is still in its original    condition and packaging, with no breaks or scratches. If the price of the new item is higher, the customer must pay the price difference. If the new item costs less,    the remaining amount will be issued as store credit, which can be used within one year from the date of  exchange.
2. For custom-made items or products specially reordered at the customer’s request, the customer has no right to return or exchange the item under any      circumstances. The customer must pay the full invoice amount and collect the item within 30 days from the date of arrival. Otherwise, a storage fee of      SAR 100 per additional day will apply.
3. If the customer chooses to collect the items personally from the showroom or warehouse, they assume full responsibility for delivery and may not claim any      compensation from the company in case of damage during transport

Return/Exchange Goods Policy

The product will be inspected before accepting any exchange or return to ensure its condition and compliance with the stated terms.  
ARC DE SOL reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return if the mentioned conditions are not met.

The customer may not exchange, return, or use the product value for future purchases in the following cases:

• If the customer exceeds the exchange (7 days from the date of purchase) or return (3 days from the date of purchase) period specified in this policy.
• If the product has been delivered or installed and there was no defect at the time of delivery.
• If more than 7 days have passed since the purchase invoice date, even if the product has not been delivered.
• If the customer received any type of discount or promotional offer on the product

Delivery Policy

• ARC DE SOL provides free delivery within Riyadh City for invoices exceeding SAR 3,000.
• A delivery appointment cannot be scheduled unless the full invoice amount has been paid.
• Delivery fees can only be refunded if the full invoice is returned at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• If the company’s designers do not design the rooms and the customer decides to rely on their own measurements, the customer bears full responsibility for any   errors related to room dimensions, installation areas, door openings, stairways, and similar factors.
• If the products are dispatched with the delivery team as per the previously scheduled appointment and the customer does not respond to the company    representatives' calls, or if the customer requests to reschedule the delivery within 48 hours or less of the scheduled date, a redelivery invoice   of SAR 500 minimum will be issued. This amount must be paid before setting a new delivery appointment.
• The customer has the right to leave fully paid goods in the company’s warehouse for 30 days free of charge. In case the storage period exceeds this duration, a    storage fee of SAR 100 will be charged for each additional day.
• The customer's or their representative’s signature on the delivery receipt means that the goods were received without any breaks, scratches, damage, or defects,   and the customer has no right to request any refund or exchange after signing the receipt for goods that have been installed.
• Goods that have been manufactured, specially ordered, or customized at the request of the customer cannot be returned under any circumstances. If a defect, damage, or error in the manufacturing request is confirmed, the company will attempt to repair the item. If repair is not possible, a new item will be ordered at the   company's expense. However, the customer is not entitled to a refund—only a replacement with a new item.
• Upon the arrival of goods specially ordered for the customer, the customer must pay the remaining invoice balance within one week of the arrival notification, even if they choose not to receive the goods. The customer has the right to leave the goods in storage for a maximum period of 30 days from the arrival date. After that,    a storage fee of SAR 100 will be charged for each additional day. If the remaining amount is not paid within one week of the arrival notification, the storage    charges will be applied starting immediately after the first week.

Return Process Based on Location

• Customers within Riyadh City may return the goods either with the delivery team at the time of receipt or by bringing the items themselves, in accordance with the   timeframes mentioned in the return and exchange policy
• Customers outside Riyadh City must return the goods at their own expense, while adhering to the timeframes stated in the return and exchange policy.

Return or Exchange is Allowed Only in the Following Cases

1. Defective or Damaged Goods Upon Delivery
   • If the product was delivered by our company team and there is a visible manufacturing defect or damage that affects product quality—discovered at the time of delivery before signing the receipt—you have the right to request a replacement with the same item or a different product.
   • If the same item is not available, you may request a return or exchange only for the defective item.
2. Single-Piece Furniture or Accessories (Not Requiring Assembly)
   • You may return the item provided it is returned by you within 3 days from the date of the invoice.
   • It must be in its original condition and packaging, with no damage or scratches.     
   • You must present the original purchase invoice.
   • If the return/exchange conditions in points (1) or (2) are met, a bank transfer will be issued to the same customer's account mentioned on the invoice within 7 working days of return approval.

Product Exchange or Store Credit

• The item must be returned within 3 days of receipt in case of return and within 7 days in case of exchange.
• Applies only to single-piece furniture or accessories that don’t require assembly.
• The item must be in original packaging with no damage or scratches.
• Original invoice must be presented

You may:

• Exchange for another item and pay any price difference.
• Keep the return amount as store credit valid for up to one year from the invoice date.

General Conditions

• Items are inspected before accepting any return or exchange.
• Original invoice and delivery note must be presented.
• ARC DE SOL reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges if conditions are not met.

Returns/Exchanges Not Permitted in These Cases

• If the return request exceeds the 3 day and exchange request 7 days policy period.
• If the item has been assembled or installed.
• If the purchase was made during discounts, promotions, or the customer received any kind of offer.
• Even if there is damage, items sold under promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.

Assembly-required furniture includes:

Bedrooms, dining tables, items containing marble or glass, fragile items, chandeliers, electrical lamps, etc.

Other General Policies

• Free delivery for invoices above SAR 3,000.
• Delivery only after full payment.
• Delivery fee is refundable only if the entire invoice is returned.
• Delivery fee is non-refundable on or after the delivery date.
• The customer bears full responsibility for measurement errors, entry clearance, door/stair access, etc.
• If the delivery team arrives on time and the customer is unreachable, a re-delivery fee of SAR 500 applies.
• Free storage in the company warehouse is allowed for up to 30 days. After that, a fee of SAR 100 per day is charged.
• Signing the delivery note confirms the item was received in perfect condition.

Special Orders or Customized Items

• Items manufactured or ordered specially for the customer cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• If there's a confirmed defect or mismatch, the company will attempt to repair the item.
• If repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided at the company’s expense.
• The customer may not request a refund, only a replacement.

Return Logistics

Riyadh Customers:

May return items via the delivery team upon receipt or deliver the items back themselves (within policy timeframes).

Outside Riyadh:

Customers must return items at their own expense, while adhering to the return policy timelines.
