- For accessories and single-piece furniture that does not require assembly or installation, and that is not classified under the assembled items listed in this policy, the customer has the right to return the item after receipt, provided it is returned personally or at the customer’s expense within a maximum of 3 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, without any breaks or scratches.
- For goods that have not been received, the customer may request a return within 3 days from the purchase date, provided that the item is not the last piece, the customer did not receive any type of discount, and the product was not specially ordered for them.
- If the customer meets any of the return conditions above, the refund for the returned item will be processed via bank transfer to the customer’s account within a maximum of 7 official working days from the date of approval of the return request.

Return/Exchange Goods Policy

The customer may not exchange, return, or use the product value for future purchases in the following cases:

- If the product has been delivered or installed and there was no defect at the time of delivery.
- If more than 7 days have passed since the purchase invoice date, even if the product has not been delivered.

Delivery Policy
- ARC DE SOL provides free delivery within Riyadh City for invoices exceeding SAR 3,000.
- A delivery appointment cannot be scheduled unless the full invoice amount has been paid.
- Delivery fees can only be refunded if the full invoice is returned at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
- If the company’s designers do not design the rooms and the customer decides to rely on their own measurements, the customer bears full responsibility for any errors related to room dimensions, installation areas, door openings, stairways, and similar factors.
- If the products are dispatched with the delivery team as per the previously scheduled appointment and the customer does not respond to the company representatives' calls, or if the customer requests to reschedule the delivery within 48 hours or less of the scheduled date, a redelivery invoice of SAR 500 minimum will be issued. This amount must be paid before setting a new delivery appointment.
- The customer has the right to leave fully paid goods in the company’s warehouse for 30 days free of charge. In case the storage period exceeds this duration, a storage fee of SAR 100 will be charged for each additional day.
- The customer's or their representative’s signature on the delivery receipt means that the goods were received without any breaks, scratches, damage, or defects, and the customer has no right to request any refund or exchange after signing the receipt for goods that have been installed.
- Goods that have been manufactured, specially ordered, or customized at the request of the customer cannot be returned under any circumstances. If a defect, damage, or error in the manufacturing request is confirmed, the company will attempt to repair the item. If repair is not possible, a new item will be ordered at the company's expense. However, the customer is not entitled to a refund—only a replacement with a new item.
- Upon the arrival of goods specially ordered for the customer, the customer must pay the remaining invoice balance within one week of the arrival notification, even if they choose not to receive the goods. The customer has the right to leave the goods in storage for a maximum period of 30 days from the arrival date. After that, a storage fee of SAR 100 will be charged for each additional day. If the remaining amount is not paid within one week of the arrival notification, the storage charges will be applied starting immediately after the first week.
Return Process Based on Location
- Customers within Riyadh City may return the goods either with the delivery team at the time of receipt or by bringing the items themselves, in accordance with the timeframes mentioned in the return and exchange policy
- Customers outside Riyadh City must return the goods at their own expense, while adhering to the timeframes stated in the return and exchange policy.

Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery within Riyadh City for orders exceeding SAR 3,000. If your order falls below this amount, delivery charges apply:
• Accessories: SAR 50 per invoice.
• Furniture (with or without accessories): SAR 200 per invoice.
Delivery Outside Riyadh City
• Invoice Value: The total cost of your order.

- Free delivery is provided for orders exceeding 3,000 Saudi Riyals within the City of Riyadh.
- Products are delivered only after paying the full order amount.

- The customer is responsible for any errors related to measurements, installation locations, or other details.
- If products leave with the delivery team and contact attempts to request re-delivery are unsuccessful, a minimum re-delivery fee of 500 Saudi Riyals will apply.
